Contest description support?

There should be a way to add custom description to the contest. Something like Markdown to be rendered on the homepage should be sufficient.

That's good.

However, it's nicer for the description to be separately fetch-able from normal contest information (in case the network condition is bad, it should still be able to load basic stuff without introducing a bottleneck from a (potentially lengthy) description text).

Something like /info?content=basic and info?content=desc.

Anyway, if that's not possible, simply adding desc property to the returned JSON can be enough.
