This line:

https://github.com/volatilityfoundation/volatility3/blob/develop/volatility3/framework/plugins/windows/netstat.py#L568

and this line:

https://github.com/volatilityfoundation/volatility3/blob/develop/volatility3/framework/plugins/windows/netstat.py#L580

Report that an error happened, but do not return, leading to the code afterwards trying to use variables that were not set.
