Filtering, placeholders, etc

The vcr rubygem includes some helpful configuration options such as filter_sensitive_data and define_cassette_placeholder. I think they both operate on before_record and after_record hooks and filter out data that you don't want being checked into version control.

It would be nice if hi8 had the same methods, or at least the pre and post recording hooks.
