Could not use the lib with Oracle Instance Client 23.1 #364

I got this error when trying to connect to any Oracle database server using ocilib.

Error: Error occurred at OcilibConnectionLogonRegular: ORA-28041: authentication protocol internal error

Noted: I tried the same instance client with nodejs and it works fine.
