Is it possible to install vuetify from a nuxt.js layout?

Hello,

First I would like to thank you for this amazing UI library.

I have a use-case that I need to separate my assets under /admin folder and load Vuetify only under that layout. So I do not want to load Vuetify assets globally to have better performance. Is this possible?
