[low?] “Help improve this page” updates and/or customization

In the current ACT community website we have a few links that fit well in this box. I could add a new section to the page as well, but putting it in the "Help improve this page" region makes the most sense to me.

• A link to all open issues related to the page. ACT Rules do this by querying for the rule ID. Here's an example:
  https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+78fd32

• A link that goes directly into the editor from which suggestions can be made. Example:
  https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/edit/develop/_rules/line-height-not-important-78fd32.md

We use these links all the time, not having them on the WAI site is kind of tedious.

+1 for that being an option (yet not default).

"Fork & Edit on GitHub" should do that (unless I'm misunderstanding). One I tried in ACT Rules
gave 404, so looks like there is an error.
