Let's use this issue to discuss whether we should create ("have a resolution to create") a W3C "Activity" to put the WoT IG, WoT WG, WoT CG, and WoT Japan CG under a single umbrella term. See similar term used for Publishing.
However, "activities" were defined only under the old process document, so this would imply going back to the old process. This would complicate standards development since we would need to have last call stages, etc.

My inclination is to NOT do this if we have to use the old process, since the old process would slow down standards publishing. However, and umbrella term would be useful so perhaps we should discuss this with W3M, and see if we can do it under the new process.
