What's the difference between #13 and this?

#13 is a toolbar panel where users could explore some Waifu, while this issue would be used for the Waifu-of-the-Day feature, as currently we only show one image and this could be extended to have a different variant for each Waifu either by showing a carousel or we could randomly display a different variant for the current Waifu.
