Deleted Studies showing up on Help:Cleanup#Studies_that_have_no_Experiments

Deleted studies are showing up on https://bugsigdb.org/Help:Cleanup#Studies_that_have_no_Experiments (for example, Study 678 633, 635), but I would like them to disappear from this page. Other deleted entities should also no longer need cleanup.

This might be just because the Help:Cleanup scripts haven't yet run since I deleted these studies, but I'll open this issue just to remember to check back.

This was caused by query caching. We did a refresh and it's mostly solved now. We're checking on the rebuild scripts.

Deleted Signature showing up again in this study;

Signature 3 of experiment 1 was deleted yesterday but showed up again today.

It's not there anymore. There will be some data update delays while we work on improving the dependency updates.
