Looking at full_dump.csv in this repo (as well as the devel version accessible via bugsigdbr), key information is missing from several columns for every study after 363:

BSDB ID (all signatures are NA)
Curated Date
Curator
Revision Editor
etc.

Basically it looks like all metadata (data that are not entered directly by a curator but are assigned by BugSigDB) is missing from recent exports.

Notably the raw signatures export from bugsigdb.org directly does not appear to have this issue.

Linking to waldronlab/BugSigDB#234 in case it is related.

@cmirzayi I'm curious, when you look at the raw signatures export file you downloaded, how many rows did you have?

@jwokaty The signature CSV from here: https://bugsigdb.org/Help:Export has 5002 rows.
