notification, about adding extension index

about adding this extension index
I forgot to post a message hear last week
basically same as last time wcde/sd-webui-refiner#3 I like to add your extension to the index
see PR AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui-extensions#233

this time I'm not sure what is the correct name for the extension because they seems to be conflicting information
currently I have this listed as below because I think this is the name that Kohya originally gave it

if after week you haven't replied I will add it to the index like in this state
