Can presets be added? Or recommended settings and a reset to default?

Is there any chance more could be done to make this extension understandable? Are the default parameter settings optimal for anything in particular? v1.5? SDXL?

I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly how to use this extension properly, and w/o a way to reset settings to at least a baseline, it's cumbersome to just fool around. I'd love it if either the developer or someone assisting w/ PRs could make it a little more user friendly perhaps w/ a pulldown to give decent starting points for the various models.
