Если блог в течение года не обновляет RSS, то нужно его переместить в архивную секцию и исключить из OPML. Либо в том же ридми внизу, либо в отдельном файле.

Можно добавить так же GH Action который будет раз в неделю смотреть и удалять не нужные (если таковые имеются)
