enrol/paystack/verify.php Syntax Error

Exception - syntax error, unexpected 'CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER' (T_STRING), expecting ']'

The payment is taken and reflects in the course seller's paystack account but the above error does not allow paystack enrol the student into a course.
Please any suggestions on how to resolve this?
