SASS dependencies while working on homepage styles. Have all Compass dependencies as one package that doesn’t require to use Ruby, publish the package to allow contributors to use.

To help people work on the CSS on a given state without the need to install Node, nor DocPad, we could allow contributor to use such archived snapshot.
To do:
Document how to setup
Find web server alternative (e.g. python -m SimpleHTTPServer, local Apache server in MacOS X)
Setup to use SASS without terminal (e.g. with Google Chrome developer tools)
