It worked until yesterday, When trying to upload a video. the plugin fails.

This is due to some sort of possible outage with Vimeo. Their support got back to me at approx 6pm EST today that they had a short API outage and had fixed it. I'm still seeing some issues now, but they at least are aware of current issues.

I would expect functionality to be restored shortly.
