How to open the development tools programmatically

I am a kiosk developer. The browser kiosk mode cannot open the development tools.

You are right, I just test it, but this is the normal behavior of the browser, webui cannot do anything about it, unless there is a command line argument to allow DevTools in Kiosk mode.

ctrl+shift+i works on opening the dev tools on firefox in kiosk mode. Don't know about the other browsers as I only really use Firefox.
