floating point exception raised during step2 SPAtests

We observe this error in v1.1.6 and 1.1.8

Step1 seems to finish without issue. We've run a similar setup with a quantitative trait and it works without error. We've tried removing filters, adding LOCO, adding step 0 and providing the sparse GRM but the error remains the same. Let me know if I should provide additional information or if there are any troubleshooting steps I can try.
