背景
Shamrock当前dev版本为
1.0.9，在彻底发布release后将进入1.1.0（将迁移到
kritor），其中1.0.9已经完善/实现大部分go-cqhttp的操作接口，
在将来的很多个版本中无需大量更新与维护，推荐客户端版本为
9.0.17。缘由
OneBot在通讯的臃肿以及通讯稳定性，有目共睹，其陪伴了我们无数个岁月，但是也让开发者很头大。
新特性
子版本维护
1.0.9之后的版本将以
