ungodly lagging while typing

i installed jinja because i had a flask project. and it lagged terribly... TERRIBLY.. so i went to google to look for a solution jumped on a reddit thread that said to start an extension bisect. went through just typed some babble.. and it wasn't laggy till the end.. and some how it found the issue.. which was jinja.. crazy....

the steps i took...

• issues with lagging?
  • It will restart VSCode several times (depending on the number of installed extensions), will selectively disable a different set of extensions every time and will ask you whether you're still experiencing the issue on each run. Hopefully after several attempts it will be able to point at the buggy extension.
  • how to start fixing it
    • ctrl shift p
      • type: Help: Start Extension Bisect
