Create Slack Channel for FIRSTMastery
Implement a Slack bot that will post to Slack updates:

New/Deleted Lessons
New/Deleted Lesson Versions
Promoted Lesson Versions (when a Lesson Version becomes primary Lesson's current version)
New/Deleted Courses
New/Deleted Tracks
...
