Presumably the haskell needs updating?

Is this project still used by folks at Manning?

Nevermind I was using pandoc from homebrew, I installed it via cabal.

Although now I get:

../manning.hs:212:24: Not in scope: `defaultParserState'

I tried to hack the Haskell but not used to the language. May attempt later. Going to speak to Manning in the meantime and find out what the current deal is with markdown -> docbook
