00:00 AM is invalid time. it should be 12:00 AM.

Thought this was common sense.

Agreed, 00:00 PM is noon or 12:00 PM

This issue was raised in 2015, re-raised in 2016 and still isn't fixed in 2017!?
Well, I'm raising it again in case that helps and hopefully that will be fixed soon...
