Add confirmation dialog when exiting unsubmitted feature wish

When the user exits the request form, the data they have already entered in the text fields is lost. It could improve the user experience if a confirmation dialogue was displayed and the user was asked if they would like to discard the data they have already entered in the fields to ensure that exiting the view was not done accidentally.
