Installer: Coldcard cannot re-register descriptor if fail

The coldcard descriptor registration return instantly, so we cannot if the registration was successful.

If the registration fail/user refuse/ connection issue, it's state in the installer is still registered and clicking one more time do not retrigger the registration process.

I think we should:

• Keep the green checkmark
• Re trigger a registration if user re-click
