Cannot understand how to use this

This is potentially useful but how do you access it. I cannot tell that quickly from the documentation that pops up on the extension. If I select a word, how do I bring up the list of naming conventions

@paulsimongb Select a word, press cmd + shift + p (mac, I think it's ctrl + shift + p otherwise) then type case in the commands list to filter the commands. You should see options like Change Case title
