Amend the current homepage section to match wireframes

• Amend the current homepage section (ignore the header it has it's own ticket) to look like the wireframe
• The main section consists of a background image with a search box overlayed on top (ignore the filters for now until we finalise what those are)
• Use the wireframe: https://trello.com/c/BALIAOfx/24-meet-up-project-pdf so only the section below the header nothing else
• make sure it is all responsive and mobile first - any media queries are for Desktop only meaning you start working on the code in a mobile view and make it look good there first before any amendments for desktop
• Search button is missing in a wireframe but must be present so please add one in net to the search for now.
• this is to create initial layout only do not worry about colours, styling etc just make the layout look decent.
