Help with hook

I need the wc-admin_import_orders hook to be executed immediately when placing the order so that it updates the wc_product_meta_lookup table. Currently, the time it takes to migrate the data of the products that have been purchased in the order varies and I need to know How to activate action action started via Async Request so that it can migrate the data in 5 seconds.
