📝 작업 내용

#671 에서 파생된 이슈

nudge notification에서만 mate의 의미가 달라짐 → Notification.createNudge(requestMate)
원래 notification의 mate는 receiver mate를 의미하고 있으나, sender mate를 저장해야 할 필요성이 생김

따라서 optional sender mate 필드를 추가하는 방향을 고려하고자 함
