Add file named stata_linter.sthlp in package sent for SSC

We received word from the SSC administrator saying that there's a bug in the SSC installation when a package doesn't contain any ado or shlp file that starts with the same letter as the package name. This can be solved by adding a file named stata_linter.sthlp to the package. The following content will redirect it to the help file of linter:

.h lint

[kbjarkefur]

It is always hard to change a name once we promoted that name through blogging etc., but would a long term solution be to rename the package to lint?

Even if we do not change this package, this means that in the future we should name the package the same as the main command, right?
