Talking to the Apollo Manus VR driver from Node.js

Currently building against the ManusVR SDK 1.1.2

To run: nodemon ./server.js but need Apollo software and ..gloves.. from ManusVR .. and also node_vr installed

at present: openvr | http | webvr

in future: openxr | https | webxr
