For testing, we can use the test wiki at http://chrisbaloney.com/wiki. Here is the import page (you'll need to be logged in with the right privileges).
Alternatively, Daniel says we can use http://species-id.net/. If importing to species-id, the article names should be prefixed with "Draft:".
Here are a few test articles. You can use the utility script scripts/fetch-samples.sh to grab these automatically.
