Plugin Doctor drop file only works first time

Using Mozilla SeaMonkey 2.26.1, I can usually drop a file on the drop zone when the page is first loaded. (I say usually because I was having trouble finding the trigger point yesterday. It seemed to be a bit lower than the box I could see.)
But after the first file is cleared by clicking the x, any subsequent attempts to drop a file do nothing, so I have to click the Pick a file button and load it that way.

Hi joyously, seems to be an issue with filepicker.io's widget that I use. I'll see what I can do.
