In WSO2 Micro Integrator (MI), there is currently limited support for common third-party protocols and systems, which restricts the integration capabilities of the platform.

This limitation affects the ability of users to seamlessly connect WSO2 MI with widely used systems and protocols in their enterprise environments.

1. Research and evaluate connectors that need to be introduced.

   • The current connector stack needs to be evaluated and connectors with high demand need to be listed out.

2. Revamp and Write New Outbound Connectors:

   • Revamp the existing outbound connectors for systems like SAP and ServiceNow, ensuring they support the latest features and are easy to configure.
   • Develop new connectors for other critical enterprise systems where support is currently lacking, such as modern CRM solutions or other cloud-based ERP systems.
