物流数据 logistical/data.json，为了同时兼容旧版本页面，原来的allowPersonal字段保持不变，新增bool类型的allowPersonalBool字段，后续新增的是否类型的字段将更新为bool型，不再使用“是,否"直接输出

确认一下，相当于是说目前表结构不变，不增加新列，直接增加一个输出字段是吗？根据当前字段的值，“是，否”来判断？
