To integrate _ci function with quantile. See #190 for exemplar integration with mean, and keep consistency.

  • quantile with confidence interval options
  • Add docstrings
  • Add doctests

You can pick up this issue. You can add the CI to the returned data frame, however, we'll eventually need some structural changes that are being discussed in issue #275. Have a look.
