I'm testing workloads.
With many objects in the scene, the processing effort it's big.
The RenderThread in UrhoSurface.cs run continuously or sleep 500 millis.
Is possible to flag auto update and then call UpdateView or UpdateScene?
This could decrease the cpu effort.
