Create integration test documentation

We need to have some documentation on how to setup a windows/linux image that can be used to run overthere integration tests against. It would also be nice to have a script that sets up the user(s) and keys in those images.

This is needed for properly solving #143.

Using vagrant should be pretty straight-forward, however windows box should contains a manual setup instructions due to licensing issues (non-server windows box images are available here http://blog.syntaxc4.net/post/2014/09/03/windows-boxes-for-vagrant-courtesy-of-modern-ie.aspx)
