I propose implementing a feature that automatically comments on an issue when it is raised. This comment will serve as an acknowledgment to the contributor for bringing the issue to our attention and provide any necessary guidance or next steps.

Hello @thevijayshankersharma, hopefully I can help you with this. According to my understanding, an auto-comment should be generated when an issue is raised with all the guidelines and necessary details, so that the contributor can know about the issue.

You can use Github Actions auto comment for this. I can handle this. Please assign this issue to me under GSOC '24.
