这个问题一般是电脑没有摄像头或者没有摄像头权限导致的 可以看看该软件设置里面的摄像头选择是否正确 以及系统偏好设置中隐私部分是否给了该软件权限 以及打开photo booth检查一下摄像头有没有问题

我也存在相同的问题，是在 m1 设备上复现的，在隐私管理中已经给了摄像头权限。系统版本 13.0.1
