Hi. To show "Menubar", I need to disable it in "View".

The View->Menubar and the "menu" button on toolbar should not exist on macOS.

IMO menu bar button is designed like this.

It is shown when I disable it and hidden when I enable it.

Just as it designed.
When menu bar disabled. show user the menu button to access the functions
