neper conda install issues with poverty

There isn't a conda package in the regular galaxy channels to install povray. Although hcc channel has a linux version.
A manual pip install of povray and gmsh in the neper env works for Mac and linux.

We will need to either try to get neper to automatically install povray and gmsh in its conda recipe, or see if povray can be put in Conda forge.
