Basic funcationality

isActive --- Integrator should check this and show if the group chat is still active or if you have been removed
permissionLevel
addMember --- Integrator should check permissionLevel to see if the user has these permissions before showing
removeMember --- Integrator should check permissionLevel to see if the user has these permissions before showing
