Things done since the last progress report (2017-03-13):
- We have updated the specs to our new name XProc 3.0. All references should be up-to-date now.
- The extension attribute "p:depends" is now in the specs. We did not agree on a name at the Prague Workshop, but this would be an easy change.
- The use of attribute value templates for extension attributes is now clarified.
- Section 2.7 of the language specs ("XPaths in XProc") is now in line with XPath 3.1.
- There are two proposals to replace "p:eval", so dynamic pipelines are easier to develop and to debug: Please see Gerrit's mail, Norm's mails also issue #97.
- New label where introduced and the issues where tagged to have a better view on themes and priority.
