Issuing a release?

Hey @abkfenris, what do you think about issuing a release for this xpublish-opendap repo? For USGS's xpublish-builder, we'd like to deploy referencing a specific release. We'd love to get some of the recent commits addressing #48 with a new release!

Hi @sjordan29 . I was hoping to get more headway with #59 before making a release, but I didn't get that far last week, and this week isn't looking like it's going to give me a lot of chances to dive as deeply into it as I need to (I ended up breaking out the OpenDAP specs trying to figure things out last week).

Sounds good! We're deploying off a fork now that includes the fix to #58, so I will look out for the next release and we'll switch to using that when it's out!
