tags - improve filtering #3

currently only one tag can be used to filter. I suggest

multiple select for tags (combined by logical AND)
- @Work1 +waiting
some kind of inversion, examples:
- -@Work1 -@work2
- -+waiting -+someday
save and quick restore of filter sets
