Remove misleading warning dialog when purchase a great prophet in a city that doesn't follow civ founded religion

Describe the bug

When purchase a great prophet in a city that doesn't follow civ founded religion the same warning dialog for missionary or Inquisitor pops up (You are buying a religious unit in a city that doesn't follow the religin you founded .. ), however the great prophet takes civ religion over the one in their birth city

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Berlin
2. Purchase of a Great Prophet
3. Warning dialog should not appear
