The Chrome extension's support for texts in the Comprehensive Aramaic Lexicon (CAL) appears incomplete. When attempting to use the extension with texts in the Babylonian Aramaic section, the transliteration does not function as expected when viewing the text in Mandaic mode.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to the CAL text browser.
Select Babylonian Aramaic.
Choose any text.
Click on "View in Mandaic."
Upon following these steps, the extension fails to work correctly. However, if the URL of the Mandaic text page is copied and pasted directly into the browser, the extension functions as intended.
To resolve this issue, the extension's compatibility with CAL should be improved to ensure it works seamlessly when users switch to the Mandaic view within the text browser. This will enhance the overall user experience and ensure that the extension provides consistent results across all CAL texts.
