License question -- who is the author?

Hello,

I'm trying to understand who actually owns "Wowbook" - and which license is the most current and valid one. There is user with another identity on CodeCanyon (maguiar01) who seems to be selling the same work. Is this you as well? If not, is there some sort of debate over who owns wowbook?
