User can select from a list of predefined templates.

When I send a newsletter from the create a new topic section to a group of users, the newsletter automatically adds a thanks note at the bottom of the newsletter which reflects at the receiving end. how can we remove this automatically generated thanks note? The picture is attached for reference.

For now, you could manually remove anything but the first line "{body}" from these files.

Thanks for the update! It worked. and how can we send a simple email having in-line images from community nodebb to everyone?
is there any window for composing emails other than Newsletter?
because the newsletter email includes the text of thanks and subscription settings in the footer which is not required

I wouldn't recommend sending mass emails without subscription settings. This can get your emails filtered or even get your domain blocklisted.

That said, I am planning on adding a dropdown to select a custom template per body. Along with a "Send without posting" button in the composer.
